SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.
How do you ship packages?
We ship from several warehouses located throughout the world. Your package may be shipped by ePacket, EMS, USPS, DHL, UPS or through another shipping service depending on the weight and size of the package and possibly your own shipping choice.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you if necessary.
What about Customs?
We are not responsible for any Customs Fees or delays. Please check Customs rules with your local authorities. By purchasing our products, you consent and agree to pay any Customs Fees that may apply when they arrive to your country. You also agree and understand that we have no control over Customs processing rules which may delay your shipment delivery time.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Therefore if your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled..
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products, but we understand that things may not work out perfectly for everyone all of the time. Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
- you received the wrong item.
You may submit refund requests within 15 days but not more than 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message to us through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number if applicable.
You must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Please send us a message through our Contact Us page before returning any items. Do not return any item directly to us unless we give specific written instructions to do to.
We do not issue a refund and do not accept returns if:
- your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (for example providing the wrong shipping address)
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (for example not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or event).
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide you do not want the product, or decide not to use the purchased products. You may consider donating the product to another person or to a charity.
Refunds do not apply to product bundles. No refund whatsoever will be given to a portion of a bundled purchase or to the entire bundle purchased..
Refunds will not be given for any shipping costs whatsoever.
