All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Therefore if your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
We firmly believe in and stand behind our products, but we understand that things may not work out perfectly for everyone all of the time. Your satisfaction is our priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing).
- you receive the wrong item.
You must return the item at your own expense and the item must be unused, unopened and in original packaging. Please send us a message through our Contact Us page before returning any items. Do not return any item directly to us unless we give specific written instructions to do to.
We do not issue a refund and do not accept returns if:
- your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (for example providing the wrong shipping address).
- your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (for example not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster or event).
You may submit refund requests within 15 days but not more than 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do this by sending a message to us through our Contact Us page. Please include your order number if applicable.
Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide you do not want the product, or decide not to use the purchased products. You may consider donating the product to another person or to a charity.
Refunds do not apply to product bundles. No refund whatsoever will be given to a portion of a bundled purchase or to the entire bundle purchased.
Refunds will not be given for any shipping costs whatsoever.
